My name is Rachael Boland!
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga Alliance Registered 200-hour yoga instructor, Certified Steel Mace Flow L1 Coach with Honors and L2 Mace Artist, Animal Flow L1 Certified Instructor, Mr. Maceman Certified Mace Coach, Reiki Master, and Ultrarunner.
My coaching philosophy centers around the concept of longevity through fitness and wellness practices. I like to utilize multiple disciplines – such as bodyweight training, unconventional fitness modalities like Steel mace Flow, Animal flow, as well as yoga, and meditation.
I believe that fitness is something that is done from the inside out, and I also believe that it's not a one size fits all thing. No one has the same 24 hours in a day, everyone comes from different fitness backgrounds, everyone likes different things, and as a trainer, it's important for me to cater to that.
I'm not here to convince you to buy some plan i made up for everyone. I'm not here to sell you any ideas that aren't your own. I'm not here to make your life complicated, or give you a fitness plan that will work fast and leave you helpless when it's over.
I'm here to provide you with the results you want, in a sustainable way that not only works but is also enjoyable.
My goal for all my clients is for them to be self-reliant eventually. I am here to teach you how to get healthy and stay healthy for the rest of your life. To hold your hand through the process until you can do it on your own, and hopefully, maybe one day share the knowledge I share with you with someone else.

FIND A PERSONAL TRAINING STYLE THAT WORKS FOR YOU!
Training plans are a more affordable less hands-on approach than our personal training packages.
These allow you to train on your own time with guidance as needed.
This is great option for people who are self-motivated, have some experience with training already, and want to train more than once a week.
You choose when and how you would like to train and I will build you a month long plan that fits into your specific schedule and needs.
This plan also includes a Healthy Eating Plan if you would like to start to take initiative to eat healthier in addition to exercise.
You can purchase this plan one month at a time or in packs of 3, 6, and 12 months. Whichever you choose to go with you will have the same hands-on experience with building your plan to meet your needs each month. Adjusting the duration, intensity and schedule to fit into your life as it ebbs and flows.
ONE ON ONE TRAINING
One-on-one training is a hands-on personal training experience.
One-on-one sessions last 60 minutes and are done either online or in-person at your home.
This option is for people looking to get more hands-on assistance and motivation.
My 60-minute one-on-one sessions are extremely beneficial for Steel Mace Flow, Animal Flow, and Yoga students. We can really deep dive into technique and form.
I also offer shorter one-on-one HIIT sessions that last 30 minutes. These are great for busybodies who need direct motivation from a coach to do the work.
Any one-on-one sessions can be turned into group sessions with more than one person, when you do this the rates for any extra friend or family member are discounted significantly.
Working out is more fun together so I encourage people to take advantage of this fun option. Basically, it's like having your own group class at your home (or on the beach or in the woods if you would like)! This also works great for birthdays and parties!
