Yoga Flow gentle flow class that is focused on the experience of the movement of your body and your breath in poses.

 

This class is for all levels, this class is a combination of gentle & dynamic flow coupled with longer holds to help find alignment in our bodies, within ourselves, connect with clarity, humility, and love.


All classes are hosted by Rachael who is a 200 hour registered yoga instructor

Each class starts with a guided meditation and also has extra time available at the end of class for any questions you may have about poses
