Service Description

Join me virtually on Zoom for a gentle 60-minute Vinyasa Flow Roll out of bed (or stay in bed) and start your day with me in an easygoing yin yoga class. Yin yoga targets your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. It’s slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. Instead of flowing through poses, you’re holding poses for a longer period of time. Making yin yoga different than you would in other traditional types of yoga. Yin yoga helps you stretch and lengthen those rarely-used tissues while also teaching you how to breathe through discomfort and sit with your thoughts. A perfect way to start your day! You don’t have to be young, skinny, female, flexible, calm, Buddhist, spiritual, or know anything about yoga terminology to take these classes. Online classes are an hour long and held online live on Zoom, you are NOT required to share your video to take the class. Not technologically savvy? No worries!
