All Personal Training sessions can be done in person or virtually.
Sessions start at $80 per hour, with discounted prices for couples, and purchasing multiple sessions at a time.

Our consultations are $15 and take around 45-60 minutes. Consultations are held over Zoom, or telephone. Upon signing up for any of our programs you will be discounted the $15 towards your first session.

In-person training is held within a 5-mile radius of Rockledge PA 19046. Personal training past this radius is an additional $10 per mile
