Fourth Dimension Fitness's Training Plans are a less hands-on approach than our personal training packages. They allow you to train on your own time with the guidance of a certified personal trainer. You will get the same level of quality professional coaching as you would in a one on one session, but on your terms when you want it.

 

If you booked a one one on one session in person once a week that would cost you around $320 a month. With these packages you can workout with the same guidance you know and love from a personal session, but at a fraction of the cost. 

 

This is an excellent option for people who are self-motivated, have some experience with training already, and want to train more than once a week.
