About the event

Join coaches Rachael Elizabeth and Jeffrey Ochs for a 90 minute Steel Mace Flow, Breathwork and Yoga experience. 

Honoring the Summer Solstice we will stoke the fire within us through breathwork, yoga, and mace flow. We will tap into our inner strength, and build mental fortitude intended to help carry us through the rest of the year.

Participants should have basic to intermediate understanding of Steel Mace Flow landmarks, language and techniques. As well as comfort receiving instruction through basic yoga poses.

In order to take this class you will need

  • 6-8ft of space in all directions to safely move around
  • Access to Zoom and a reliable network connection
  • A steel mace (recommended weight 10-pounds)
  • A fitness/yoga mat (towels and rugs work nicely as a yoga mat as well)
  • A pen and notebook or something to write on
  • An open mind

This session will be 90 minutes long, and anyone who participates will receive a copy of the recording after class to keep for future reference.
