About the event

You don’t have to be young, skinny, female, flexible, calm, Buddhist, spiritual, or know anything about yoga terminology to take this class.

This class will be held online via Zoom! Upon signing up you will receive a personal link to the class you signed up for.

Afraid you will look silly on camera? Don't sweat it! If you would like you can join without video that is totally fine.

Not technologically savvy? No worries! Send me a message at and I will help you get set up! I promise after you do it once you will feel like a pro.

This class will start with a guided meditation and then transition into an All-levels (very slow) vinyasa flow class. In this particular class, we will spend a lot of time holding poses a bit longer and connecting with our breath and body in the poses.

The Food Not Bombs organization has been doing mutual aid for 40 years.  There are four chapters of FNB in Philadelphia: West Philly FNB, North  Philly FNB, South Philly FNB, and FNB Solidarity.

Food Not Bombs provides more than free, healthy vegan and vegetarian food. They provide an opportunity for everyone to participate in solving the most important problems facing our world. They empower the public to take action and resist corporate domination and exploitation. They also provide food and logistical support to often marginalized people and social movements by feeding striking workers and their families, people participating in protests, and organizing community projects.
