Join virtually on Zoom for a gentle 60-minute Vinyasa Flow
This gentle flow class is focused on the experience of being in your body and with your breath. Accessible to all levels, including beginners, this class is a combination of gentle & dynamic flow coupled with longer holds to help find alignment in our bodies, within ourselves, connect with clarity, humility, and love.
You don’t have to be young, skinny, female, flexible, calm, Buddhist, spiritual, or know anything about yoga terminology to take these classes.
Online classes are an hour long and held online live on Zoom, you are not required to share your video to take the class.
