Join me IN PERSON at Rockledge park (weather permitting) for a gentle 60-minute Vinyasa Flow yoga class!
This gentle flow class is focused on the experience of being in your body and with your breath. Accessible to all levels, including beginners, this class is a combination of gentle & dynamic flow coupled with longer holds to help find alignment in our bodies, within ourselves, connect with clarity, humility, and love.
You don’t have to be young, skinny, female, flexible, calm, Buddhist, spiritual, or know anything about yoga terminology to take these classes.
In the event of bad weather, you will be notified the day of if we are having the class in the park or online only. At this point, you can opt. to take the class on Zoom or get a refund for the class.
