About the class
Join us for 1-hour of intentional relaxation to establish and support the mind-body connection.
Our busy lives create a build up of residual tension, energy, and stress that prevents us from feeling truly at ease. In this class, we will lead with pranayama, a quick warm-up practice and then work to release the body with myofascial release tennis ball work.
Using the tennis ball we will be working on soft-tissue conditioning, and targeting individual areas of tension for self-myofascial release.
Students will gain an experiential understanding of how breathwork and trigger point work coupled together can help release tension. Through this class, you will gain knowledge and understanding of working with these modalities to continue the work of releasing physical tension on your own!
No prior experience is necessary!
