You don’t have to be young, skinny, female, flexible, calm, Buddhist, spiritual, or know anything about yoga terminology to take these classes.

Vinyasa LIVE! is our weekly yoga class on Tuesday nights at 6pm EST.
Vinyasa LIVE! Is a gentle flow class that is focused on the experience of the movement of your body and your breath in poses.
This class is for people who are familiar with yoga and most yoga postures, this class is a combination of gentle & dynamic flow coupled with longer holds to help find alignment in our bodies, within ourselves, connect with clarity, humility, and love.
All classes are hosted by Rachael who is a 200 hour registered yoga instructor
Each class starts with a guided meditation and also has extra time available at the end of class for any questions you may have about poses

10% of all money from class packs sold will go to the Council of Southeast Pennsylvania, Inc. so that they may continue to operate and provide services, to help women and men who suffer from addiction to drugs and alcohol.

All classes are held online via Zoom! Upon signing up you will receive a personal link to the class you signed up for.

You are encouraged to download the ZOOM app ahead of time to get familiar with the app and make sure it is working before class

YOU MUST SIGN UP AT LEAST 30 MINUTES BEFORE CLASS IN ORDER TO GET A LINK TO THE ZOOM ROOM

Afraid you will look silly on camera? Don't sweat it! If you would like you can join without video that is totally fine.
