Hi! I'm Rachael Elizabeth, I am a fitness enthusiast, ultra-runner, Yoga Alliance Registered 200-hour yoga instructor, Certified Steel Mace Flow Level 1 Coach, entrepreneur, passionate environmentalist, and dedicated home cook.


I found my passion for fitness, and yoga after getting sober in 2009. After many years of battling alcoholism and addiction, I chose to clean up my life. I have lost over 80lbs, incorporating fitness, mindful eating, and yoga into my everyday routine, and today sharing these tools is my passion.


Deepening my yoga practice, I decided to teach yoga in 2019. I teach dynamic Vinyasa Flow and focus on integrating alignment and breathing techniques with basic poses and creative sequencing. I incorporate meditation and breathing techniques in every session, as well as bits of wisdom I find through my daily readings.

My classes serve a purpose to deepen your connection within your self and with your body. Helping you release toxic emotions, and leaving you with a more peaceful and invigorated mind.


Giving back is the driving force of all of my initiatives. I feel that it is incredibly essential to spread a message of hope and recovery to those affected by addiction. That is why 10% of all Class Pack purchases go towards supporting The Council of Southeast Pennsylvania, Inc. to help women and men who suffer from addiction to drugs and alcohol.

I will never stop learning, innovating, and creating. I am working constantly at adding new versatile tools of movement, strength, and conditioning to my fitness arsenal and I hope to share them all with you!
