Welcome! First, of all let me introduce myself, my name is Rachael and I am the owner here at Fourth Dimension Fitness! I am very excited for you to be here!
This might be a long shot but my guess is that you are looking to change your life. Maybe you want to add in some purposeful movement to your weekly routine, or maybe you are here for some help to fix some bad eating habits you want to change in order to lose weight and feel better in your body. Either way, if it's one of these things you are looking for then you made it to the right place.
With obesity at an all-time high, and most Americans being overweight it's no surprise that there are a lot of personal trainers out there trying to sell fast-track diet plans, and cheap one size fits all training routines. Maybe you have tried a few of these, and maybe they worked for you for a little bit, but I'm gonna bet it worked, but then you put the weight back on.
You are not alone. Actually, even I have fallen into this trap, and I would put money on that most people have experienced losing weight, and putting it back on at one point in their life or another. This lose weight, gain it back, lose it, gain it back cycle is all too common nowadays.
Actually, it is the sole reason I decided to get into the health and fitness industry. Because it has amazing job security!
Just kidding, I got into the industry so that I can help people like you loose weight, get healthy once, and stay healthy and keep that weight off forever because not enough coaches teach this way. Think this sounds too good to be true? Well it isn't, it is completely 100% possible, and I can help you do it.
Why the name Fourth Dimension Fitness> It is a nod to the fourth dimension in physics, which in the simplest terms comes down to "time".
We can all break down our fitness into a timeline, into the fourth dimension. We may not be able to change the beginning of our timeline, but we can use it for clues to help us change our timeline going forward. I truly believe that if we take our time, plan out our time, and build a timeline for our goals hopes, and aspirations, fitness or otherwise. Anything is possible.
Fourth Dimension Fitness’s philosophy centers around the concept of longevity through fitness and wellness practices, utilizing multiple disciplines.
I strive to create well-rounded, healthy humans who can in time sustain their own healthy happy lives. As your coach, it is my #1 job to help you become educated and eventually not need my help anymore.
I train clients in weightlifting, bodyweight training, and powerlifting. I also specialize in unconventional fitness modalities like Rope Flow, Steel Mace Flow, and Animal Flow. I teach yoga, meditation, and sustainable eating habits for weight loss. All of these things I practice myself on a weekly basis, and I take constant initiative to continue my education in order to help myself as a coach grow but more importantly to be able to better serve my clients.
