I’m Rachael Boland, and I started Fourth Dimension Fitness in 2020 to help others make healthy changes in their life so that they may feel empowered over their physical health instead of defeated. My approach blends diverse and innovative training methods into a system to help you feel strong, move better, and enjoy life longer. I’ve spent years crafting my philosophy, focusing on personalization and building sustainable habits that stick.
